Write to [email protected] about a book bought directly from this site — a download that failed or will not open, an expired link, a wrong or duplicate purchase, or a refund request — and about any question on a book or a technical problem with the site.
For anything about a purchase, include the order or transaction reference from your receipt so we can find it quickly.
Bought from a retailer?
If you bought at Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, Kobo or another store, that store holds your order and handles payment, download and refund questions under its own terms. We cannot see or change a retailer order. For questions about the book itself, write to us.
Corrections, rights and press
Reports of factual errors, requests to reproduce material, and press enquiries go to the same address. If you believe anything on this site infringes your copyright, write to us with the details and we will respond promptly.
